Yoga Nidra - Short Form for Rest & Relaxation

Namaste and welcome to The Divine Peace Reiki & Wellness Center's blog, facilitated by me, Paula C., for Carol, Broderick.
I am a near Christmas baby, being born at 1:1 5 AM, or so, on December 26th. Hence, the C for Carol. December 26th is know as Boxing Day, and is a big holiday and shopping day in England.

From Wikipedia: The European tradition, which has long included giving money and other gifts to those who were needy and in service positions, has been dated to the Middle Ages, but the exact origin is unknown. It is believed to be in reference to the Alms Box placed in areas of worship to collect donations to the poor.

Be aware that the following link is really pushing the lobster rolls at McD.

While I am working on loading other, long version recordings of Yoga Nidra and the 5 Elements, I have added a short version recording for your rest, relaxation, renewal, and rejuvenation pleasure.

The following recording is suitable for all ages. Understanding the vocabulary is not as important as relaxing into the natural breath. Young children can be coached to only "be aware of their natural breath and listen to the voice." Let them know there will be time for questions later. This lets Mind relax. No need to prompt them for questions at the end.
Mind can use a rest too.
