Testimonial
Paula is a healer.  I am honored to have worked with her for over two years.  During that time, she used her skills to bring me to a new level of peace and grace.   She seemingly has endless talents in her spiritual medicine chest.  Using her own inner spiritual guides she chooses from her gifts in Reiki, massage, reflexology, and oils to restore health and calming.  I would strongly recommend her to anyone who understands that healing comes from within.

The Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra

Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra belongs to Lord Shiva (Mahakaal) (Lord of death, destruction, meditation and penance). Mahamrityunjaya Mantra is one the most significant Mantra in Indian tradition and mysticism. Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra is found in the ancient holy book Rig Veda and Shiva Purana. The basic energy of Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra is to conquer death and darkness.

While its energy protects and guides the initiates a mantra re-links consciousness to its deeper and more abiding nature and repetition of the mantra constitutes Japa, the practice of which develops concentration that leads to a transformation of awareness.
Whereas the Gayatri Mantra is meant for purification and spiritual guidance, the Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra is meant for healing. rejuvenation. and nurturance.[11]

TYPES OF LOTUSES

From: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lotus
Lotus identifies various plant taxa:

But, like a rose, does anyone really know a lotus without touching it, or smelling it, or tasting it, up close and intimately?
Technologies are cutting through time ans space to allow for connection in new ways.
What are your thoughts, feelings, knowings around the use of technologies like blogs and audio recordings as tools of self-exploration?

I wonder, will we be able to eat rose petals in virtual reality?

Be well and be blessed,

Paula
