Our first visit is to The Healing Garden of the 7 Sister's of Angelic Reiki where we are offered the bounty of the garden. The 7 Sisters are a relationship that is formed when someone is attuned to Reiki by an Angelic Reiki Master & Teacher.
The sisters each represent a color of the rainbow and a chakra in the 7 chakra system.

Definitions of the word chakra: noun - each of the centers of spiritual power in the human body, usually considered to be seven in number.
Sanskrit - wheel.
Please note: you will not find the chakras in the physical body. If you were to look within the physical body you would not find a physical chakra. This is a common misconception. We look to the subtle bodies for a better understanding of the chakras or energy centers.
In Yoga Nidra we easily move from one kosha, or sheath, to another, expanding our awareness while deeply resting. Shortly after my Angelic Reiki attunement, the 7 Sisters came forward and asked me to connect people to the Healing Garden through the lovely guided meditation included in this recording.
A trip to the sisters' garden includes connecting to, and being nourished by, the 5 elements. A perfect way to start a Yoga Nidra and the 5 Elements exploration.
