Today we explore our relationship to the Element Water.
I don't know about where you live but in Central Connecticut it has rained a lot over the last month. The rain, plus weekly private Yoga Nidra sessions with a focus on the Water element, has left me feeling and feeling and feeling some more.

1. a colorless, transparent, odorless, tasteless liquid that forms the seas, lakes, rivers, and rain and is the basis of the fluids of living organisms
In many traditions the Element Water is considered to be the element of Spirit.
